Music magazine research Questionnaire results and analysis

I gathered my results into graphs to help give me an idea for what I should do for my music magazine and also what I shouldn't do.

Here I asked what gender the reader was to see what gender would mostly read my magazine and what kind of stuff I should include. Here I can see 57.69% of my audience is female which suggests i should direct most of the stuff towards females.

Here I asked how much my audience would pay for a music magazine 42.31% would prefer to pay £1.00, which is a ridiculous price for a music magazine so I have decided to go with around the £3.00 mark.

I asked my audience what genre they would prefer they chose pop, rock and RnB as the 3 most popular, so I have decided that my magazine genre will be rock.

I asked my audience if they had bought a music magazine recently the majority answered they hadn't whilst a few answered yes and the magazines they bought were Q and Kerrang, so I will look through these to see what is most attractive.

I asked my audience what catches their attention in a magazine and 65.38% said the main image is what attracts them to a music magazine, which had lead me to believe i should include a great main image.

I asked my audience to choose the top 3 colours they would like included in my magazine and they said black, red and blue. the black and red are great colours to go with the rock genre I have chosen for this music magazine.

I asked my audience what free enticements the would like in the magazine they chose CD and vouchers, so I have decided to include a CD with my magazine, which attracts more readers. 

i asked my audience what they would like as the main image and the most popular choice was a solo artist, which is what i have decided to do to attract more readership.

I asked my audience what they would like featured in my magazine and they chose interviews, upcoming gigs and celebrity stories and due to high demand I will include these in my magazine.

I asked my audience how many images they would expect on the front cover and the majority chose 1 then followed by 2. 1 image is best on a music magazine so it doesn't take away from the magazine so I will include 1 image on the cover.
